I don't have atm in my lab but I remember doing this at another practive
lab. To make autodiscovery work, you not only need ilmi, but you must also
turn on qsaal. Once you have done this, (see config below), do a show atm
vc which should tell your what you vpi/vci...
atm pvc 1 0 16 ilmi
atm pvc 2 0 5 qsaal
atm ilmi-pvc-discovery
