use an extended access-list that denies "icmp any any" on top of the other
interesting traffic you'll have ... ensure of course that this line is
before the "permit ip any any"

I'm familiar with using ip ospf demand circuit, but I have a question. Is
there a way to prevent the line to come up via a ping. In other words, I
only want the isdn line to come up ONLY if the frame relay goes down. I
don't want it to come up for any other interesting traffic and I don't want
to use backup command. What access-list can I use?
