Anyone tried out Voice over IP with RSVP enabled? I've got it working but
it takes 3-5 seconds to setup the reservations before I get the call
connected. Network is...

R1 - Ethernet - R2 - Frame-Relay (64k) - R3

R1 and R2 are the voice routers.

Is there any way to speed up this process or is this expected with RSVP?
Note this is with req-qos controlled-load.
