Shahzad-
When you pick up the phone on one port, are you trying to terminate it on
another port? Does the port go offhook? Do we receive the digits to send to
the other port?
Try using these debugs:
To see port activity:-> debug vpm all
To see dial-peer matching (even though mostly used when you have a voip
call-leg)--> debug voip ccapi inout

Also do a -> show voice port 1/0/0 or 1/0/1 after you pick it up. See that it
goes to UP/UP from UP/IDLE.
