Yes, you can use them.

Pin-outs for RJ48C

Pin 1 TX
Pin 2 TX
Pin 4 RX
Pin 5 RX

Just make a RJ45 cable that crosses pins 1 & 2 with 4 & 5. Then you will
need to one of the internal DSU/CSU's as internal clocking.

Hi I have 3 of my routers which are being used for lab purposes ,
They all have Bulit in CSU/DSUs modules on 3640 called 1E2W and 2611
with
bulit in CSU/DSus as well
can I interconnect those T1 modules via a cross or straight cable

with any sort of tricks on configurations so that I can use that
