Don't even have to use a crimper. Just cut the cable midway. Use teeth to
tear away the insulation and use fingers to wring the copper together.
Customers get absolutely impressed when I do this. Of course it helps if you
are badly dressed and have a terrible accent
;-)

He's a reference on CCO. Not sure where you could buy one, not something
you
would usually purchase so I doubt many people would sell them. Your best
bet
may be a site that sells ccie lab equipment / solutions. But it's too easy
to
make (as long as u have a crimper or can borrow one), I wouldn't buy one.
