I have done this and it works fine. You must defign the interfaces as "IP
OSPF NETWORK NON-BROADCAST" and then put neighbors on the DR and Priority 0
on the routers that you don't want to be the DR. If you decide to have a BDR
you must also specify the neighbors on this router as well. This will allow
the two routers on the broadcast media to for adjacecies and never exchange
with the other two.
