Try the old and faithful :

apple local routing (global)

You'll find NO reference to this command on the CD or CCO, but seems to fix
a bug where an apple interface won't route between a single locally attached
interface - similar to the split-horizon thing.

please let me know if this works - I've not had to use this command but have
heard it mentioned regularly...
