Hi,
You need something along the following lines:
access-list 101 permit tcp any eq 2065 any gt 1023
access-list 101 permit tcp any gt 1023 any eq 2065
That's if you want to be really restrictive & are not using prioritization
(if so, you need to allow 1981,1982,1983 as well).
