Have you looked at rescheduling the lab? And maybe trying some of the
practice labs like at www.cciebootcamp.com. For me the last couple of
times I took the lab I didn't do enough practice and really didn't understand
as much as I thought. I have basically spent 6 months studying and working
through the cciebootcamp labs and other problems.

   And also take some breaks if the studying seems to be getting too much.
I something say forget about studying tonight and go see a movie. Seems to
give me a new prospective of the problem and sometime for my mind to actually
work through the problem.
