Hi,
EIGRP is an advanced DV protocol. However, one of the ways in which it
differs from for example RIP or IGRP is that it requires neighbor
relationships to be established via the hello protocol (every 5 secs on
Ethernet). This is the reason that it can't be used with snapshot (I think).
