Correction: This should read stub areas as opposed to just totally
stubby areas for which a non-external default LSA is used.

I also forgot about this [from draft-ietf-ospf-nssa-update-09.txt]:

    When summary routes are not imported, the default LSA originated by a
    NSSA border router into the NSSA should be a type-3 summary LSA.

So add totally stubby not-so-stubby areas to the list too.
