Split horizon is OFF ON PHYSICAL interfaces by default on Frame Relay
and ON WITH SUBINTERFACES. You may want to try a 'no split-horizon
eigrp (as #)' at the physical frame-relay interface of routerA. You
can always enable split-horizon at the spokes so that loops will be
   prevented.
   Hope this works for you.

I have three Router are connected by point to multipoint frame-relay,
i setup two PVC, A to B and A to C. I can get the right route when i
run rip, igrp &ospf, but B cannot get route of C and C cannot get
route of B when i run EIGRP, i'm sure that Split-horizon is disable.
who can tell me why ?
