about EIGRP in point to multipoint frame-relay network

   I have three Router are connected by point to multipoint frame-relay,
   i setup two PVC, A to B and A to C. I can get the right route when i
   run rip, igrp &ospf, but B cannot get route of C and C cannot get
   route of B when i run EIGRP, i'm sure that Split-horizon is disable.
   who can tell me why ?
   
   IOS Version 11.2(22a)
