Here is the actual requirement:

A Single ISP has allocated IP addresses to his Customers who are single
and/or dual homed through his three POPs. this
ISP is basically a Tier-3. I want to advertise the Customer routes out of
the ISPs three Pops to the Internet. This is with a condition that none of
the routing updates will go beyond 24-bit mask.

Can I send the configure route aggregation with summary only for multihimed
Customers on multiple Exit points of this same ISP? Somehow I want to ensure
that whatever route advertisement goes out of the ISP should not have a
subnet Mask more than
24 bits. This is because the address allocation to Customer is not in
contiguous blocks and the route aggregation is not possible at the Customer
Router.

Can I send route update with Export Community and restricting the subnet
mask to 24-bit? I am just guessing!? I may be wrong, pl validate.

normally you would use the best path so if you are using more than one
router at the isp then please give me a diagram and tell me what you are
tryng to accomplish
