Chidi,

    1st, don't panic!Have you tried to access the 2509 thru the AUX port? Panic
 can cause one to fail the test, talking from experience. If you've exhausted a
ll ways of accessing the 2509, move your console cable to another router and se
tup telnet everywhere, you can do labs that way.
