The command reference says the following:
To specify a configuration server's ATM address explicitly, use the lane config
-atm-address interface configuration command.
lane [config] config-atm-address
config
(Optional) When the config keyword is used, this command applies only to the LA
NE configuration server (LECS). This keyword indicates that the LECS should use
the 20-byte address that you explicitly entered.
Does anybody know what else it does when you do not specify the optional keywor
d [config]. I believe either
way will cause the LECS to listen on the manually configured address and that's
it.
