Obviously CCIE title does not give anyone the right to beat up on anyone. I hav
e
met some individuals like Ryan in my career. Usually, these type of person do
not go too far in their career. CCIE title will get you so far. Many companies
these days are looking at individuals possessing as welll technical skills as
business skills. Soft skills is much more important than technical skills in th
e
long run. My 2 cents.By the way, I forgot to mention that english is my second
language:)
