IP RSVP on BRI interface

Has any one configured "bandwidth 56" and "ip rsvp bandwidth 42 42" commands on
the Bri interface? It caused my ISDN links to go up and down until I removed
it. IOS 12.0(9) code. (no header compression was used here!)

I did this to match the same commands configured on all the serial interfaces o
n
all routers along the path between two phones. Such as Phone A --- R1 --
serial -- R2 ---- ISDN ---- R3 --- serial ---- R4 ---- Phone B !!
