When the test ask U to configure groups of multicast using CGMP, what should I
understad?. Can I still use PIM? CGMP enable command should be instead of ip
igmp join-group command?

Maybe, but I haven't seen that particular bug. What IOS are
you using? I have noticed a couple of things in 11.3 that
were odd. Upgrading to 12.0.7 fixed them. For instance,
pim neighbor filters don't appear to work properly in 11.3.
Why don't you describe your topology and other details?
