They're not about to reformat all of the workstation hard drives. There
are policies on the Win95 machines that deny access to the hard drives.
That's about it.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for answering my previous question. I'm wondering if I'm
allowed to write down some brief configuration, description on the back of
the diagram? That'll make troubleshooting easier. I heard they would format
your hard drive before you do troubleshooting so you will lose all your
saved configuration, is that true?
