In our case, they were running NT workstation with no write access to the Hard
Drive.

Thanks.
Just curious, how can they deny access to the hard drives?

They're not about to reformat all of the workstation hard drives. There
are policies on the Win95 machines that deny access to the hard drives.
That's about it.

Subject: another lab diagram question
Hi,
Thanks a lot for answering my previous question. I'm wondering if I'm
allowed to write down some brief configuration, description on the back of
the diagram? That'll make troubleshooting easier. I heard they would format
your hard drive before you do troubleshooting so you will lose all your
saved configuration, is that true?
Thanks again.
