Or, just assign subinterfaces on the spokes, and assign the DLCI that
you do want to use with the 'frame-relay interface-dlci' command. Do not
assign an IP address to the phsyical interfaces, the leftover dlci's
will be up on the physical interfaces, but without layer 3 addressing,
the router cannot utilize them.
