IPX NLSP with hub and spoke

I have a configuration with a hub and spoke scenario over
an X.25 cloud where the 2 spokes are using a single subinterface point
to point connection to the hub which is using 2 point to point
subinterfaces to connect to each of the spokes.

When I run IPX rip I can see all the routes fine.
When I run NLSP, all of the routes show up fine except
for the other spoke's network connection to the hub

I can ipx ping across the network fine, but for some
reason i can't see the other spoke's network connection
through the X.25 cloud. I can see my own connection (of course,
because I'm directly connected to it) and I can ipx ping through
the other one, but I can't see the ipx route for his X.25 wan
connection.

Any ideas? IP OSPF routes all show up fine using the same configuration

as well as IPX rip routes if I disable NLSP.
