I suppose the Cisco 4X00 from the Equipment list may be the Router you speak of

What is the ATM module on the 4500 that works under this configuration?? Does
it have 2 ports or 1?
How would the physical set up be if we had to configure an ATM WAN connection
between 2 routers??
ROUTER--->LS1010---->ROUTER ????
