Mutual redistribution

hi,

I have an ASBR doing mutual redistrution between RIP and OSPF. Everything
is working as expected. But
there are some points that I would like to clarify.

- when I redistribute OSPF route (external route) into the RIP domain, will
the RIP process redistribute
THAT route back to the OSPF domain if mutual redistribution is performed ?
I have tried it out, the
RIP did know the OSPF redistributed routes, but it does not redistribute
the route back to the OSPF process.
Why ?? There are no distribute list configured.

Any help greatly appreciated.
