eBPG neighbor tracking

Hello everyone ,

What is the best option to track remote eBGP neighbor( over service
provider MPLS ) to do fast re-convergence ?

And another question ,

If we have 4 or more sites and we need to have BGP peering ( Over MPLS
service provider ) what is the best option ? eBGP ? iBGP ? using RR ?
tunneling ? or ...
