Cisco 2700 Series Fa 10Full forced with Juniper EX4200

Hi Guys,

Maybe this will be a bit "off topic" question, but for sure many of you
will know about.

I have a 2700 Cisco Series router, with the in-board Ethernet interface
stablished to 100-Full Dzplex, and need to connect with a Juniper EX4200
Switch, using a 10/100/1000 interface.

Despite i am using the righ junos commands to fix sped and link type to
full dzplex, the link does not come up. If i leave the juniper interface
without these settings, link comes up (but obviously on half dzplex)....

Unfortunately, Cisco Router is from the Telephony operator, i can not touch
it directly.

Anybode had some trouble like this, trying to connect cisco with juniper
with fixed speed&duplex settings? i have seen some forums where somebody
suggest that it is not an uncommon problem.
