DHCP Query

Hello Experts,

I am coming across a very strange problem with one of our customers

DHCP-SERVER -------service-instance-ethernet ---------7609 Series
-------service-instance ethernet------------ End-node

both of them are in same bridge-domain as well and have same vlan
encapsulations id's

end-node sends a dhcp-offer packet to 7609 , no relay here is required so
it forwards the packet to the dhcp-server,

dhcp-server allocates the offer packet and sends it to 7609 and this time ,
7609 does not forward the traffic.

there is absolutely nothing blocking anything verified everything still
issues seems unresolved, any experiences from your past ?
