+1 Anthony enabled by default

+1 for Christian enabling querier is when we don't have a PIM interface and where we don't need to route our multicast traffic rather it is switched instead

IGMP v1v2 support and it's disabled where the corresponding SVI has PIM enabled or if IGMP snooping is explicitly disabled on the vlan.
