I think anyone prepared for current CCIE version is more then prepared for v5. Even looking at the rumors we can easily conclude that v5 will be somewhat subset of v4.
Regarding FR, its not that BIG topic. If someone follows INE or Narbik, he/she can nail it down in few days (depending on number of hours ofcourse).
Dont let these rumors hold you back. Keep labbing

Kalpesh, it is NOT the frame-relay, it's the behavior of a routing protocol
on a NBMA network and know how to deal with it, the behavior of NBMA
network can be seen in many different forms/implementations in todays
networks.
