the tunability of this application.

The code used in the v4 lab vs the latest 15x codes there are some caveats as
Brian pointed out in his vseminars, I'd also add one thing in my learning that
to control entrance (rx) selection for traffic destined to particular BGP
inside prefixes and support for control of entrance selection for BGP inside
prefixes in 12.4T can only be based on OOP delay, but from 15.2(1)T1 OOP loss
and unreachable are supported.
