given that PT-restricted and CSS-restricted have the same key,
you are actually not restricting anything. Your transfer issue sure
comes from elsewhere.
BTW, I would like that when you come to the group for help on some
issue, at least show the courtesy of sending a note when you get to
resolve it. Thanks.
