Re:2511 Router

I own a 2511 router, using an octal cable connection to console port of 8
devices, I telnet remotely to the Access router (2511) I would like
to establish connection to all 8 devices via the access server, with
single telnet session and not a 8 separate telnet sessions from remote site
to 2511. all sessions to be active while doing labs.

 1:is this possible
 2: if yes, where do I get the documentation
 3: or I need to get a NM 16
