OT upgrading memroy on 3845

Hi all,

i tried to upgrade memory on a cisco 3845 router ..however i got error
saying *system supports only 166 gh of memory ..*

same memory worked on 2821 ..so their must be a show command that shows
the type of memory installed by default ..

Also is their any doc that gives us details on which frequency
*rams*are supported on which devices?
