Hello Kapil, i thought the file was meant for the cisco ip phones on the
network and it is not intentional. I wasn't the one that configured the
router ground up but just basically troubleshooting it when incoming calls
from the PSTN werent getting to the router. What do you suggest i do?
Delete the file?
