About Cisco i would recommend Amsterdam or Bruxelles, they always have open
positions.
About enterprises you mentioned, for Amazon Dublin is the place to be, for
Google network enginnering you should stay in London or Zurich.
Verizon recently expanded its presence in Europe, they had very interesting
positions even in Milan.
take a look at jobserve and linkedin jobs, use proper search keywords, and
if you can relocate there should be no problem getting a new job.
