PSTN.. Remove this. better to remove the dial-peer completely, add it again
but don't put "forward-digits all" command and then test.
Regarding the incoming calls, it looks like you are trying to use the TCL
scripts to play Welcome message and ring the calls to multiple phones. If
that's the case, you don't need to assing "number 012701061" to an ephone.
You need to create a VOIP dial-peer. Configured incoming called-number
012701061" and associate the application "aa" with it. The application needs
to have Hunt-group DNs configured in it. Then create hunt-groups in CME and
assign phone DNs to it. If you don't need a "Welcome message" on incoming
calls but simply ring on multiple phones, just put "connection plan opx XXXX
(xxxx is any unused ext)" under voice-port and assign that ext xxxx to as many
