OT: KEY-SYSTEM CONFIGURATION ON CME

I have a requirement to configure a key-system type of configuration
on a cisco 2801 cme router. Now i have a telco line 012701061 which is
currently connected to an analog phone. I want to connect this
telephone line to my CME router so external calls from outside can
ring the receptionist Cisco IP Phone as well as allow access to some
users on their IP Phone to be able to dial out, But seems not to be
able to get around configuring this, read through cisco documentation
on configuring this but still not getting any success. Tried making an
external call to the PSTN number and it rings on the phone i am using
but doesnt ring at all on the Cisco IP Phone which i configured for
the PSTN Line. Here's is my configuration:-
