RE: Auto-RP Listener

Auto RP-listener command is mean you have to operate 224.0.1.39/40 groups to work as dense mode only.

Candidate RP: send advertisement to Mapping Agent via 224.0.1.39
Mapping Agent: send advertisement to all router via 224.0.1.40
