QoS policies monitoring: seeing is believing ?

For those that need to see things to grasp them, I wrote a small windows
app that monitors via SNMP the policies attached to interfaces of a
router and graphs activity in realtime: offered traffic (i.e. traffic
entering the class queue) and served traffic (i.e. scheduled traffic).

It's a java jar file, just java -jar CBMonitor.jar and I guess the rest
should be obvious for a CCIE or CCIE to be.
