Jay,
Personal attacks in a public forum are simply uncalled for and
unprofessional. You were unhappy you didn't receive a beta-test
workbook that we said we would provide, but you didn't receive. Yet
after not receiving it, you said you sent an email which you didn't
receive a response to...our phone # is clearly listed on our website.
If you were really interested in receiving a copy of the workbook, you
would have called...but you never did.
We've been in business since 1998. We try our best to make our
customers happy which is why we wanted to give you a complimentary beta
copy of a workbook...sorry we didn't come through with that.
Ttyl
Brad

"if the shoe fits...." comes to mind, Brad.
Had you rectified the situation, not dealt ill with two instructors
and a friend (Steve DiBias) that did CCNP recordings for you, and had a
reputable product, we wouldn't be discussing this subject.
Oh, and your call to my cell phone just now shows that you get my emails
that would have kept you honest to correct my issue if you were worried
about it (as well as having my cell phone number to call me to make sure
I was taken care of).
Oh, and you can't sue someone for stating their opinion of your company
on an open and free forum! I don't appreciate your call tonight or the
unprofessional language your chose to speak to me in. Cursing at me will
get you nowhere.
Thank you for proving my point. End of story.
