Had you rectified the situation, not dealt ill with two instructors and a friend (Steve DiBias) that did CCNP recordings for you, and had a reputable product, we wouldn't be discussing this subject.
Oh, and your call to my cell phone just now shows that you get my emails that would have kept you honest to correct my issue if you were worried about it (as well as having my cell phone number to call me to make sure I was taken care of).
Oh, and you can't sue someone for stating their opinion of your company on an open and free forum! I don't appreciate your call tonight or the unprofessional language your chose to speak to me in. Cursing at me will get you nowhere.
