Re: ipv6 neighbors not seen while i have ospfv3 neighbors

Hello Joe,

Sure, I doubt if we can have frame-relay map statements on a point-to-point
interfaces.
It was not much of a config , so i dint provide initially. Sorry for being
vague

Here is the below config

R4#show run int s1/0.46
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 161 bytes

interface Serial1/0.46 point-to-point
 ipv6 address FE80::4 link-local
 ipv6 address 10:1:46::4/64
 ipv6 ospf 1 area 0
 frame-relay interface-dlci 406
end

R4#ping 10:1:46::6
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10:1:46::6, timeout is 2 seconds:

Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 18/18/19 ms
R4#show ipv6 nei

R6 is identical

R6#show run int s1/0

 no ip address
 encapsulation frame-relay

end

R6#show run int s1/0.64
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 161 bytes
!
interface Serial1/0.64 point-to-point
 ipv6 address FE80::6 link-local
 ipv6 address 10:1:46::6/64

end

R4 s1/0.46 ----- R6 s1/0.64
