UCS vs MCS servers for CUCM, Unity, etc

I have heard cisco are moving away from MCS server solution and recommend
the UCS server.

On that basis if i want to buy a UCS server for CUCM and Unity, how do i
determine which UCS platform to get? It seems there are so many different
UCS models that it gets confusing.

The old MCS server had recommended number of Phones that could register to
it. For example 500 phones for MCS7816, 2000 phones for MCS7825, etc.

How can i find what platform is best for me based on my number of phones
and how many servers I want on the UCS.

For example if i want a 7000 user server with CUCM + Unity on it, what UCS
server should i buy?
