When a route is injected into MP-BGP, the prefix has an extended Commpunity
applied to the prefix. WHen the prefix arrives at the other end of the
backbone, the VRF configured SHOULD have an "import" statement that matches at
least one of the extended communities. If it matches , it is allowed to show
up in the vrf context. If NOT, it is rejected. The "IMPORT MAP" allows you to
reject or accept an extended community based on a route-map statement.
