3550 IOS version

Dear All,

Currently I am using IOS version "flash:c3550-ipservicesk9-mz.122-40.SE.bin" of Cisco 3550 and practicing INE R&S workbooks.

Is there any new IOS with more feature, which will be helpful in practicing INE R&S workbooks.
