Subject: LACP port priority

If i have etherchannel using lacp active at sw1 interfaces 1-3 and passive
at sw2 at Interfaces1-3 and want to control the lacp port priority say on
interface 1. Do i need to configure lacp port-priority under int fa0/1 of
both sw1 and 2 or just on the one which initiated the link ie sw1 in this
example.

While I am here, the default lacp port priority is 32768 and the options
are between 0-65535. I am right in saying that if i have a lacp
port-priority 0 on an interface it will not be chosen for traffic
