Cisco AP flashing (light green/green/red) ??

Hello Gurus..

My technical abilities with regards to Wireless are very limited. Am
currently troubleshooting an issue, where my new AP (air-cap36021-a-k9) is
flashing "light green - dark green - red".

I have more than 12 other AP's(AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9) which are working just
fine, and just recently added this new 36021. Am currently scanning thru
google and cisco documentation to see if this issue have been documented
before.

My WLC version is 7.0.116.0. Not sure if i need to upgrade my WLC codes..am
still researching...Any suggestions, links would be appreciated.
