I need to select an ISR 29x, 39x seriese with 5 adsl/adsl2

Hi All,

I need to have 5 adsl/adsl2/adsl2+ ports on a single ISR series router.
Please advise how can I do it.
since all the ISR has only 4 port and it only allows to have 3 cards to be
selected.
I am trying to select
EHWIC-VA-DSL-A

Multi Mode VDSL2/ADSL/2/2+ EHWIC Annex A

[CISCO3945E/K9] requires a minimum of 0 and allows maximum of 3 from
Interfaces (EHWIC, HWIC, WIC, VIC, VWIC)..

Please suggest can I use any SM/NM module to accommodate the requirement.
